| A graduate of the University of Guyana or any other with a Bachelors’ degree with at least a Pass with Credit (GPA of 2.7). A background in Economics or any other field in the Social Sciences would be an advantage. Graduates of any other approved University with a degree equivalent to a bachelor’s degree with at least a Pass-with-credit at the University of Guyana. |
| Persons who have a GPA of less than 2.7 are required to have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a relevant policy field, post an approved undergraduate programme. |
| Persons who do not have a background in economics, mathematics or statistics or may be provided with conditional offers with the requirement to either 1) Successfully participate in a three-week mandatory bootcamp for mathematics and statistics or 2) Successfully complete relevant undergraduate courses in economics, mathematics or statistics. |
