The Women and Gender Equality Commission (WGEC), in collaboration with the University of Guyana’s Centre for Communication Studies and the Institute of Gender Studies, invites journalists and reporters to submit original stories that explore issues of gender and equality.

Outstanding entries will be awarded cash prizes:

• First Prize: GYD 100,000
• Second Prize: GYD 75,000
• Third Prize: GYD 50,000

The  Examinations Division is accepting applications for  Exam Invigilators for the upcoming examination period. This is a great opportunity to gain experience while earning  attractive remuneration with  flexible working hours.
