Entry Requirements

Description
Any other relevant equivalent qualifications.
Mature age applicants (26 years) who do not meet the admission requirements but possess other qualifications will be required to write the University of Guyana Entrance Examination (UGEE). Note: Applicants who possess passes at the GCE 'A' Level examinations or passes at the CAPE Level two (2) examinations will be eligible for exemptions as determined by the Department.
A minimum of five (5) subjects at CSEC General Proficiency (Grades 1, 2, or 3) or five (5) GCE 'O' Levels (Grades A, B, or C) which must include English Language.
Any qualification considered by the University to be equivalent to any of the above.
