Event Description

Dr Sue Sentance is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science Education at King’s College London, UK, and  responsible for the training of secondary school teachers in computer science at the university. Her areas of research are teacher professional development, computer science pedagogy and physical computing. In addition, she works closely with Computing At School (CAS), a subject association of teachers of Computing. She is a member of the CAS Board, and also oversees CAS London - which supports Computing teachers across London through teacher networks and peer-to-peer development of teacher expertise. She was also a member of the advisory group for the recent Royal Society Computing Education Report.
